BAPTISMS
In Matthew, chapter 28, we have a beautiful mandate from our Lord:
“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
In and through Baptism, God cleanses us from all of our sins, snatches us from the power of Satan, and gives us verlasting life. It is all God’s doing as He gives us His blessing. It is His promise.
In Baptism, our Triune God personally imparts to each of us the gifts the Lord Jesus Christ won for the world through His life, suffering, death, and resurrection.

MARRIAGE
The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS) has affirmed, on the basis of Scripture, that marriage is the lifelong union of one man and one woman. As a member of the LCMS, our GRACE COMMUNITY conducts weddings that join one man and one woman who intend to be joined for their mutual lifetime.

Step by Step
Call our Church Office and set an appointment with our Pastor. During the initial conversation, couples will receive all of the information about getting married at GRACE, and will plan a second meeting with Pastor in order to talk about marriage.
One more meeting is required to discuss all of the details of the wedding ceremony.
Prior to the ceremony, our GRACE COMMUNITY requires at least one visit to one of our Worship Services.

We understand how difficult it is to lose a loved one. You are not alone on this journey; we are here to walk with you. We will work closely with you and your family throughout your planning to honor your loved one’s life on Earth as well as their eternal life in Heaven.
“But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with Him those who have fallen asleep.” (1 Thess. 4:13–14 ESV)

QUINCEAÑERAS
The Christian Ceremony of Quinceañeras is very popular among Hispanic families. These special services are elebrations of joy and thanksgiving for the lives of young women who are entering into adulthood. They are also a wonderful opportunity to reaffirm their Christian faith received in Baptism. They are usually celebrated with teen girls when they are 15 years old.
Las ceremonias cristianas de quinceañeras han sido muy populares entre las familias hispanas. Son celebraciones especiales llenas de alegría para dar gracias a Dios por las vidas de las jovencitas que se preparan para entrar en la adultez. Asimismo, son oportunidades maravillosas para reafirmar la fe cristiana que ellas recibieron en el Santo Bautismo. Las misas de quinceañeras usualmente se hacen antes de las fiestas de quinceaños.
