Boards and Groups
Members of the Grace Boards of Ministry are elected every two years. Anyone is welcome at most meetings, however— and you might even be put to work!
Board of Elders (Don Ewert, Director)
Provides for the spiritual welfare of the pastor and the congregation members, individually and as a group; supervises everything pertaining to congregational worship
Board of Education (Michelle Lenski, Director)
Directs all Christian education for the church, determines policies, and selects staff to teach - E-mail education < at > grace-ok.org
Board of Evangelism (Terry Donaldson, Director)
Brings the Gospel to the unchurched, enlisting God’s people in this work, and provides for the deepening of faith for the congregation - E-mail terry.don < at > grace-ok.org
Board of Fellowship (Ken Lovas, Director)
Strengthens fellowship in our congregation, both spiritually and socially; integrates new members in the life of the congregation; builds mutual cooperation, trust and enjoyment among members - E-mail kenny < at > grace-ok.org
Board of Human Concerns (Sheila Kowalski, Director)
Demonstrates concern for physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing within and outside our congregation wherever possible as an expression of Christian love
Board of Stewardship (Jeff Tuler, Director)
Promotes good stewardship of financial and material resources by developing a program of dedicated, proportionate first-fruits giving
Board of TNT Stewardship (June Richter, Director)
Inventories the talents and abilities of church members, and fosters their use to further the mission of the church
Board of Trustees (Ken Lovas, Director)
Keeps church property maintained and in good repair, represents congregation for legal purposes and protects church against loss or damage - E-mail kenny < at > grace-ok.org
In addition to the boards, a number of active groups always have room for someone new. Contact the individual whose name follows the group designation. . . or e-mail the office, and we’ll be happy to get word to the right person.
